Corporate Schemes
|

Sutton Churches Tennis Club would like to introduce its corporate membership and sponsorship schemes. Facilities: Seven outdoor courts (two floodlit), clubhouse with changing rooms, toilets, kitchen and table tennis, basic free weights gym. Play all year round.
Scheme 1 - Discounted Membership
For companies supplying ten or more members to the club we offer a 20% discount to each employee member. The company will be invoiced for this and therefore can choose if and how to charge its employees. Each employee participating in the scheme will be required to fill in a membership form and will have equal status to any other member. Once the initial ten or more members have joined, additional employee members may be added to the scheme at any time. Annual membership rates include unlimited play. Current annual Full Membership: £125 (2007-2008 season).
Scheme 2 - Daytime Court Bookings
Local companies or individual employees are invited to book any
of our 7 outdoor courts for weekday daytime slots up until 5pm. E.g. 2 courts
every Monday, Midday - 2pm.
Price: £6 per court per hour.
The company will
have access to the clubhouse and its facilities during that time. This is a self-service
option as the club is not staffed therefore at least one member of the company
will be required to complete the induction process before access is given. That
member of the company will have ultimate responsibility for his/her colleagues
and for leaving the club in a fit state. As the club is run voluntarily we do
request that bookings are made in blocks of at least 4 weeks to save on
administration. We will be happy to arrange for you to visit the club before
making any bookings. Good quality tennis balls can be purchased from the
club in advance at £6 per tube of 4.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We are looking for local companies to sponsor our club. Association with our club means helping the local community to fun and accessible healthy recreation and helping to keep children and youths occupied. Detailed information about the club can be found at our web site at www.ClubTennis.co.uk. There are several ways to sponsor the club - by supporting a club event, club grounds improvement, club equipment, club clothing, or coaching scheme. Details and costs of particular schemes provided upon request. In return we will gladly acknowledge our sponsors on our web site, in press releases and publicity, by displaying a banner (if provided) on our courts and possibly by displaying a company logo on our embroidered club clothing.
Company Days
If your company can sponsor a sum of £400 or more we will gladly organize a Company Day for your employees or clients at our club. This would be a weekday morning or afternoon or a Sunday afternoon for up to 50 players plus spectators on all 7 of our courts with access to clubhouse facilities. If required we can organize a fun American Tournament for the day. Trophies and light refreshments (tea and cakes) will be provided.
