Social tennis for Full Members. |
Our main social mix-in-and-play sessions for Full & Student Members, are on Saturday afternoons from 2pm, all year round. This is one of the principal opportunities for members and their guests to turn up and be sure to find others to give them a good game. Balls are provided and a peg-board system is used to ensure a fair and easy rotation of players. Tea and cakes are enjoyed on all year round! |

New Members' Practice |
An unofficial session for new members, particularly those on the coaching courses, to get some practice in and speed up their integration into the main social tennis club sessions. |
| Monday |

Singles Night for All members. |
We hold a Singles Night every Monday evening from 6pm. This is a chance for members of all categories to improve their tennis and fitness by playing singles. A peg-board system is used with each pair playing one short set per round. Of course balls are provided.
During the darker months we will normally play doubles as there are only two floodlit courts available.

Adult Beginners and Rusties |
Mix-in club session for those wishing to imrove their standard. This is a feeder session for the Monday, Wednesday and Saturday sessions. In summer the session must take place on shale courts only to make way for new members' coaching courses on the all-weather courts. |

Junior Club |

Social tennis for all Adult members. |
Another mix-in and play session for Adult members to enjoy playing doubles. Don't forget to relax in the pub afterwards. |

New Adult Members Coaching |
A fixed length course. One free course for each new member held on Tuesday evenings from 7pm with our coach, Adrian. Several courses are run each year subject to demand. |
Irregular Sessions
The following sessions may be run at any time.
- Adult Improvers Coaching - fixed length courses costing £20 each for members. Payable to the coach in advance.
- Adult Advanced Coaching - fixed length courses costing £20 each for members. Payable to the coach in advance.
- Ladies Team Practice - Monthly 1 hour training sessions for team players. Free.
- Men's Team Practice - Weekly session for men's team players. Free.
- Mixed Team Coaching - Irregular practice session for the teams with help from our coach. Free.
N.B. The Juniors' free supervised sessions are subject to availability of volunteers. Please contact us before brining your child. Juniors may arrange to play at any time although supervision cannot be provided by the Club.
