Adrian is fully insured and holds a first aid certificate. Apart from his ample qualifications he has many, many years of coaching and playing experience.
Adrian has coached in India, Bangladesh, Spain, Germany, Iraq (before the first Gulf war) and has coached Russians, Americans, Canadians, Australians, French, Swedes and a few odds and sods to boot!
Adrian currently coaches club members at the very discounted rate of £17 per hour. This is a special deal for club members only and excludes the cost of floodlights, if you are having an evening lesson.
If you want to have lessons in pairs or more this is also possible, please just organise the group yourselves and then contact Adrian.
Team captains, please note, Adrian is also available for Team training sessions on request.

I have taught at various clubs including Esporta, Shirley Park, Sanderstead Village, Royal Russell School and South Croydon LTC. I represented Surrey as a junior winning lots of tournaments and recentently I won the Surrey Ladies' Doubles with Micheala Denkova."

Richard Garrett is our adult Club Coach. Richard has at various times been our Men's Singles Champion, Men's Doubles Champion and Mixed Doubles Champion, but not as yet all three at once. He has been playing at the club since the age of 10 and has served on the Committee since 1997.
As a member of the PTR UK Richard is fully insured.
Richard is available to club members for private lessons but also look out for his Tennis Clinics.

New Members' 6 Week Coaching Course for Adults
Tuesday or Thursday Evenings or Friday Mornings (Ladies Only) - subject to demand
FREE group coaching for all new adult members!!! All new adult members are eligible to join in a course of six 2-hour lessons with a qualified coach at no extra cost. One of these courses can be included in our 8 Week Trial Membership Offer if required. The courses run throughout the summer and beyond depending on demand. Tennis Clinic
Saturdays 1pm - 2pm - subject to demand
Concentrating on one or two strokes per session. £3 for members, £5 for
non-members. Min. of 6 people per session. Weekly email will be sent announcing the "Stroke of the Week"

Junior Coaching
We run vrious term-time and holiday coaching courses for children aged under 16. These take place year-round and cost extra (on top of the annual Junior membership fee). The coaching fees should be paid directly to the coach. Please see Juniors page for latest course details. In addition we offer a free supervised practice session for junior members only.
